Free and unlimited credit checking service providing financial information on prospective customers and taking the risk out of account sales.

Human Resource and Health & Safety Advice

The Chamber offers a FREE initial HR (Human Resource) consultation for all its members and a 10% discount on a range of HR and health & safety documentation. From one off purchases of policies, procedures and contracts of employment to bespoke one to one services. The Chamber provides a flexible approach to service provision allowing you to choose the method that best suits your business.

Business Brokerage Support

This is a free service offered to all businesses thanks to ERDF funding. It's aim is to boost and develop the performance of businesses in Carmarthenshire. Staff can assist you on a one to one basis in an effort to improve your company's turnover, achieve your targets and fulfill your potential.

Free Carmarthenshire Business Newspaper

Distributed to over 7,400 businesses within Carmarthenshire and with a readership of over 20,000 this publication provides up to date information on events, new regulations and legislation and general business news. Members get preferential rates on advertising and on the insertion of flyers and leaflets within the publication to further raise the profile of your business.

Calendar of Events

We hold regular networking events including business breakfasts, lunches, dinners, seminars, meet the buyers, trade fairs, Question Time in Carmarthenshire and the superb Carmarthenshire May Ball. No other Business representative organisation in West Wales does so much for its members.

Chamber Members Direct Debit Scheme

The Chamber knows how difficult it can be for small businesses to persuade the banks to give you your own Direct Debit scheme. We have taken the pain out of the process by negotiating with 'London and Zurich' to give all Carmarthenshire Chamber members who require a DD scheme access to their own. There are also substantial cost savings to be made by accessing this scheme when compared with most other providers.

Private Healthcare

Discounted rates have been negotiated with Norwich Union Healthcare to provide chamber members with discounts on the whole range of Norwich Union Healthcare products, covering commercial or individual schemes.

Corporate Car Rental

In partnership with National Car Rental members will receive discounts of 10% on retail costs on cars, commercial vehicles and minibuses when using National's insurance scheme. Further discounts may also be offered depending on the period of hire or lease on account facilities. Leases are available for up to three years with changes of vehicle periodically.

Women's Biz Network

Bringing Women from the local business community together to network and develop their potential, find new prospective customers and receive support from other like minded business women.

Chamber Utilities

Businesses in Carmarthenshire can now tackle the nightmare of soaring energy prices thanks to a new Chamber Utilities service which helps organisations negotiate the best possible deals on gas and electricity, install more efficient equipment, and reduce wasted power by up to 20%.

Chamber Communications

The new Chamber Communications service connects service and quality with low prices to offer a professional cost saving telecommunications service from a tier one telecoms provider. Companies big and small alike can benefit from advanced technology convergence solutions fulfilling all landline, mobile, fax, and E-mail and internet requirements.

Trade Waste Savings

In partnership with CRES Ltd the Carmarthenshire Chamber is offering members a cheaper rate on their wheelie bins & trade waste collection. Members could save up to a third off the prices charged by the council.
